Prevents lime and iron deposits in the pool. Already existing deposits are broken down. It further protects the filter from lime scale and corrosion damage inside the pipe system and heat exchangers. Softub Calcit is a liquid hardness stabilizer to prevent limescale precipitation and deposits. With hard water in particular, there is a higher of limescale precipitation as well as clouding and colouring of the water. Lime and metal ions are normally dissolved in the water. However, if the water hardness is too high, they get deposited on the inner lining of the whirlpool and inside the filter. Softub Calcit will lower the hardness of the water, thus preventing precipitations and deposits. This contributes significantly to the water maintenance of your pool.
