On request we can offer you our premium service. With this service we carry out several tasks related to your Softub for you. This saves you time and you benefit from our many years of experience.
The premium services are:
Engine replacement
If the engine needs to be repaired you can continue to use your precious Softub hot tub.
We come to you and provide you with a replacement engine for the time it takes to repair your engine.
On-site service
Any Softub problems will be examined on site and, if possible, repaired there and then.
This service also applies to our pavilions and pergolas.
Water change and cleaning
We are happy to change the water and clean the Softub for you.
Water care training
Has it been a while since you were given instructions or have you purchased the Softub second hand without instructions?
No problem, we train you at your home.
Pavilion / Pergola cleaning
We are also happy to clean your pavilion / pergola, including hanging up and removing the curtains.
