General terms and conditions

1. Price

Prices are subject to change at any time. The sales prices include VAT.

2. Deliveries

We deliver from the warehouses in Ebmatingen and/or Zollikerberg.

3. Transport and packaging terms

The costs for a truck transport are usually CHF 150 and CHF 15 by post for small parcels and CHF 20 for standard parcels including packaging. A surcharge may be added for particularly bulky goods.

4. @Home delivery service terms

The costs within the country border for our delivery service including assembly, installation and instructions are as follows:

Softub & Umrandung@Home CHF 500.–
Softub & border & Unosider@Home CHF 1,100.–
Unosider@Home CHF 900.–

5. Premium service

The desired service is carried out directly at the customer’s premises. Errors or defects are examined and, if possible, remedied on site. The cost of this service depends on the distance to the headquarters at Zollikerberg. In the event of exceptional workload or non-compliance with agreements, a surcharge (135.-/h) will be added to the premium service rate.

6. Terms of payment

We can send you an invoice or you pay by credit card or PayPal. With every order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to our other payment methods. The invoices are payable net within 10 days from the date of the invoice. In the event of default in payment, the customer will be charged 8% default interest per annum from the due date. If necessary, a reminder fee of CHF 20 will be charged. All unjustified deductions will be charged for. In cases of debt collection, external collection costs and activities are also charged for. In the event of a contract cancellation, a handling charge of 25% of the total will be charged.

7. Warranty services

Our products are generally guaranteed for 2 years for any manufacturing defects from the date of sale. The Softub engines (Hydromat) have to be taken to the dealer or importer or sent to them by post.

8. Return

In the event of an incorrect delivery, Softub Schweiz AG must be contacted before returning the goods.

9. Transport damagev
The goods are shipped at the expense and risk of the recipient. The recipient must immediately report any damage caused by the postal service or the forwarding agent to the corresponding transport company.
10. Repairs

In case of repairs, please contact us in advance so that we can tell you which service point is responsible for which type of delivery. Engines must be delivered to Softub Schweiz AG at your own expense. If the repair costs exceed CHF 300, a cost estimate will be drawn up in advance. If the repair is not carried out, you will be invoiced for CHF 150 plus any transport costs.

11. Retention of title

All deliveries remain the property of Softub Schweiz AG until full payment has been received.

12. Validity

Softub Schweiz AG reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.

13. Data privacy

The provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act apply. The stored data will not be made accessible to third parties. Softub Schweiz AG does not store any credit card details. The customer agrees to the processing of their data within Softub Schweiz AG.
